I hope we can find (and train) a new healer, cuz that's not where I want my character to go anymore...

i wonder if maybe it's not just DnD your looking forward to, but more the regular season to begin, with people and the like. so maybe it's not your need for geeky things, but your need for the routine you had for years to begin, so you can somewhat gain that sense of normality.
Whow, that was strange reading this, after I was just about to post about my adventure on saturday where I was going to get dice for a D&D campaign.

of course now we'll have to say that something happened to his character like he fell into a bottomless pit or that he got eaten by wolfie and weeble, or something cool like we used his body for a sled and he hit a rock or something.
and in real life we'll just say we were scared that he was going to go on a D&D induced killing frenzy so we had to cut him off before he could go to town square and shoot people from the clock tower with his high powered rifle, while drinking vodka and rolling dice to decide who he shoots.

Neal, I don't care if you don't heal us as long as you keep that one spell Snake Swift Legion or whatever its called. I looking forward to playing again!
I think I'll have a talk with rod once he gets back... but for the interest of game play I think I might request ssl be hit with the nerf stick a few times...
