I have blocked my brother when i was mad at him... but my mom and dad think msn is bad for me. Giggle little do they know
lol - No, just my little cousins who try to talk to me about nothing every time they come on!
i pretty much have my mother blocked all the time. as well as my brother. and my sister if i know she's going to yell at me. and my brother is law is never online. but thats the tricky one, i have to block them both if they're online, other wise they'll know i have one of them blocked.
same goes for my mother and brother.

my mom lives in a different province... and talking on the phone is often just as akward...
I just don't add my family as contacts in my MSN.... I block them enough in real life.
